Job description As a Business Development Executive BDE at Expert IT Brains you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities Your primary responsibilities will include Bidding and Proposal Management Utilize your expertise to bid on projects via freelancing websites such as Upwork Freelancer etc Craft compelling proposals that effectively showcase our services capabilities and value proposition Ensure timely submission of proposals and follow up as needed to maximize success rates Customer Engagement Engage with potential clients through initial discussions emails and calls to understand their requirements Effectively communicate our company s offerings benefits and solutions tailored to clients needs Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships Market Research and Analysis Stay updated on industry trends market dynamics and competitor activities Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth Provide insights and recommendations to the management team based on market analysis Collaboration and Coordination Collaborate with internal teams including project managers developers and designers to ensure smooth project execution Coordinate with the delivery team to align client expectations with project deliverables Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field At least 2 years of proven experience in bidding on freelancing websites like Upwork Freelancer etc preferably in the IT industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Job Type Full-time Pay From 60 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Schedule Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Experience total work 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
