🔍 Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Underwriters and Senior Underwriters proficient in:

Live Underwriting is mandatory

- End-to-End (E2E) Underwriting
- Income Review
- Collateral Underwriting

Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in the aforementioned areas and demonstrate flexibility to work night shifts.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

End-to-End (E2E) Underwriter

- Manage the complete underwriting process from initial assessment to final decision.
- Evaluate loan applications, credit reports, and borrower documentation to ensure compliance with company and investor guidelines.

Income Review Specialist

- Analyze borrower income documents such as pay stubs, tax returns, and bank statements for accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure income calculations align with regulatory and investor standards.

Collateral Underwriter

- Assess appraisal reports and property valuations to determine adequacy of collateral.
- Ensure appraisals meet investor and program guidelines.

Non-QM Underwriter

- Underwrite Non-QM and Non-Agency loan products, including bank statement analysis, asset depletion, and DSCR No Ratio loans.
- Maintain an underwriting pipeline that meets established service level agreements.

✅ Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in underwriting roles, specifically in E2E, Income Review, Collateral, or Non-QM underwriting.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Flexibility to work night shifts as required.
