Experience: 8+ years Work Location: India (Remote) Contract Period: 3 months, extendable Shift : 5 am to 2 pm IST Requirements : - Minimum 5 years of hands-on project experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding. - At least 2 full lifecycle implementations each in Recruiting AND Onboarding modules. - Strong expertise in Recruiting Management (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), and Onboarding 2.0 (ONB). - Good knowledge of integration with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - SAP SuccessFactors Certification in Recruiting AND Onboarding is required - Strong problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in global project environments.
