Business Responsibility Areas Key Performance Indicators Main Responsibilities - Help and guide customers at their residence by explaining different product and finish options - Daily updates of all activities on the CA app- Site inspection evaluation for surface defects and recommend most suitable solutions- Site measurement preparation of painting estimate as per rate card and after consultation with store owner Store in charge - Appointment of contractors for execution of painting work Supervision of ongoing WIP sites for ensuring adherence to Asian Paints recommended guidelines and on time work completion Timely resolution of customer complaints if any- Help to generate leads clients through market visits - Explain to customers the various services rendered in the store and direct customers to appropriate sections for expert help Daily reporting of the collections and site status to store owner store in charge and senior officer- Maintaining the reports formats as mandated by company- Daily updates of all activities on the CA app- Co-ordinate with contractors and ensure their attendance in all contractor training programs organised by company - Cross selling of product categories on PT sites During market- Scanning provide leads to other team members ref updazz com
