10 if project demands About the Project ARP Tool is a Human Resource Solution developed and maintenaned for GSC HR which will cater to the unique Annual Review Process ARP of Eurofins for Perfornance Review of Leaders Employees This is green-field in-house software development project using state-of-the-art technologies and methodologies Application is in production for past 5 years and new additional functionality improvements are being added Major focus areas are Security - as application data is sensitive Performance - as thousands of users use the application during peak period Complex business rules - bonus calculations Approval workflows with different roles UI UX -
