Job Summary We are looking for a technically skilled professional with a strong eye for data visualization to take full ownership of performance dashboards, ensuring they deliver clear, engaging, and actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in data visualization, dashboard design, and automation of processes. Key Responsibilities - Build and maintain Qlik Sense dashboards to present monthly performance of affordability initiatives in a clear, engaging and user-friendly format. - Own the migration of Tableau Dashboards to Qlik Sense, ensuring continuity, effectiveness and usability. - Build a comprehensive health analytics dashboard that allows stakeholders across International markets to quickly identify opportunities for affordability savings. - Continuously monitor performance results to identify trends and proactively surface new areas for analysis to the broader team. - Drive optimization and automation of existing saving tracking processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. - Collaborate with members of the Medical Economics team and support on data analysis as required. Required Skills & Qualification - Bachelor's degree in data analytics, computer science or similar. - 6+ years of experience in data analytics role, preferably medical insurance related. - Strong experience using Qlik Sense. - Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, Alteryx Designer / SAS enterprise, or similar. - Knowledge of SQL language or similar. - High level of numeracy, attention to detail and commitment to data quality. - Strong visualization skills with the ability to communicate technical insights through simple and strategic dashboards.
