About HubCredo HubCredo is a B2B lead generation and sales acceleration agency helping global startups scale faster through AI-driven GTM systems, automated workflows, and multi-channel outreach. We use tools such as Clay, Apollo, Instantly, automations, and no-code/low-code platforms like n8n and Zapier to build scalable and efficient revenue operations. What You'll Do As a Sales Automation Specialist, you’ll architect and maintain automation systems that support end-to-end GTM operations, including lead research, enrichment, outreach, CRM processes, and reporting. Should be well versed with n8n as well. Key Responsibilities: - Build advanced data workflows using Clay and n8n - Integrate tools like Apollo, Instantly, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive using APIs and webhooks - Automate GTM processes such as prospecting, enrichment, lead routing, and follow-ups - Create scalable pipelines to collect, clean, transform, and score lead data - Automate , email, and outbound outreach flows - Maintain dashboards and reporting systems to track conversions and performance metrics - Document automations and continuously propose improvements to speed, accuracy, and performance - Collaborate with sales and marketing to translate business requirements into automation workflows Skills and Requirements - Strong working knowledge of Clay (mandatory) - Hands-on experience in n8n (mandatory) - Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, etc. - Understanding of sales automation, GTM workflows, and outbound processes - Familiarity with tools like Instantly, Apollo, Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion, etc. - Ability to integrate systems using APIs, webhooks, or basic scripting - Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail - Ability to work independently and deliver in a fast-paced environment You’ll Thrive If You - Enjoy solving operational bottlenecks using automation - Love working with no-code platforms and AI-powered data tools - Have experience designing real-world revenue systems - Want to work with a team that values ownership, precision, and efficiency
