Job Title: Administration Executive (Hare Krishna Golden Temple)

Employment Type:Full-Time

Working Days:6 days a week (1 weekly off excluding Sunday)

Work Location:Hare Krishna Golden Temple, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad

Compensation:25,000 30,000 per month

Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Administration Executive to manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the Hare Krishna Golden Temple. The role involves ensuring smooth functioning of services, vendor coordination, and seamless execution of events, festivals, and daily activities in a spiritually uplifting environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the overall upkeep, cleanliness, and smooth functioning of the temple and ashram areas during daily operations and events.
- Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping staff, and other service providers to ensure timely execution of services.
- Supervise daily maintenance and service activities to maintain high standards.
- Manage arrangements for festivals, Saturday and Sunday classes, and special events.
- Assist in event setups and ensure smooth execution of all scheduled programs.
- Be present during functions, festivals, and events to handle on-the-spot issues and ensure seamless administration.
- Track and report on service activities to management as required.

Requirements / Skills

- Degree in any discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience in a similar administrative role.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Team management capabilities with the ability to get work executed efficiently.
- Willingness to work on weekends and evenings during events or festivals.
