Role Snapshot Own revenue for West and South India—prospect, pitch, close, repeat. You’ll build a pipeline across architects, interior designers, builders, luxury retailers, and HNI homeowners while driving showroom footfall and project conversions. What you’ll do - Hunt & close: weekly discovery meetings, product demos, and site visits - Grow the ecosystem: onboard architects / Interior Design partners, manage key accounts, chase specs to PO - Pipeline hygiene: accurate forecasts, weekly reports - Market intel: competitor tracking, pricing feedback, and playbook improvements - Experience curation: ensure 5-star showroom and post-sales experience Must-haves - 4–6 years experience in luxury interiors / lighting / home decor sales - Strong network with architects / Interior Designer's; confident presenter (English + Hindi / Marathi) - Negotiation finesse and target obsession - Willingness to travel locally Nice-to-have - Project sales exposure (residential + hospitality) - Design sensibility and eye for detail - Great Networking Skills Why join - Fast-growing luxury brand, high-quality product you’ll be proud to sell - Competitive fixed + aggressive incentives + rapid progression If you can sell good wind, you’re already a breeze ahead.
