Job Description :

The ideal candidate will be responsible for all vendor management, vendor onboarding, project direction, planning, completion, and financial outcome. In order to succeed in this position, the candidate must be organized and have excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities:

● Identify and attract top freelancers for translation and localization roles.

● Strong understanding of the translation and localization industry.

● Manage the vendor onboarding and contracting process from start to finish.

● Proactive, well coordinated & able to plan tasks efficiently.

● Adhere and achieve KPI's

● Forecast and flag project related concerns proactively

● Manage communications with multiple stakeholders

● Handle escalations

● Excellent written and communications skills.

● Digging out and analyzing numbers

● Prepare reports

● Draft and share MoMs after meetings

● Act as a partner to the client - provide solutions

● Be proactive - project management and process evaluation

Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in vendor management and Proactive, well coordinated & ability to plan tasks efficiently.
- Strong understanding of operations principles.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
