Process Co-ordinator

The Process Coordinator ensures the smooth functioning of daily manufacturing operations by coordinating production processes monitoring employee performance and managing transportation of raw materials and finished goods The role focuses on improving efficiency ensuring compliance and supporting the overall operational objectives of the factory Key Responsibilities A Operations Process Coordination Coordinate and monitor daily production activities to ensure adherence to production schedules Ensure all processes comply with established SOPs quality standards and safety norms Identify process delays inefficiencies or bottlenecks and suggest corrective actions Maintain and update process documentation production reports and operational records Support continuous improvement initiatives for better productivity and cost efficiency B Employee Monitoring Coordination Allocate manpower across shifts and departments as per production requirements Conduct regular checks to ensure employees follow safety and operational guidelines Provide support in training orientation and performance improvement of workers Act as a bridge between management and employees to ensure smooth communication C Transportation Logistics Management Plan and schedule transportation for raw materials finished goods and supplies Monitor vehicle utilization driver allocation and trip scheduling Coordinate with suppliers transporters and logistics partners for timely delivery Maintain transport-related records including costs trip logs and vehicle maintenance Ensure compliance with transportation safety norms and legal requirements D Reporting Prepare daily weekly and monthly reports on production workforce and logistics Escalate operational and compliance issues to management in a timely manner 3 Qualifications Bachelor s Degree Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing operations process coordination or Admin Work Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes workforce management and transportation planning Familiarity with MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint and reporting tools 4 Performance Indicators KPIs Timely completion of daily production schedules Reduction in process bottlenecks and downtime Transportation efficiency on-time deliveries cost control Accuracy and timeliness of reporting 6 Work Environment Requires coordination with shop floor workers supervisors transporters and management May require flexible working hours support as per production demands Regular presence on the shop floor and logistics areas For More Details Contact 6369147921 Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Experience Admin Work 1 year Preferred Language English Required Work Location In person
