We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with 6+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and digital analytics. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in Python, SQL, and Power BI, with strong expertise in Web/Adobe Analytics to support data-driven decision-making across marketing, product, and business functions. Responsibilities - Collect, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources using Python and SQL. - Build interactive dashboards and analytical models in Power BI to support business reporting and KPI tracking. - Lead digital analytics initiatives using Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics/other web analytics tools to measure user behaviour, traffic performance, and campaign effectiveness. - Develop automated data pipelines, scripts, and workflows to streamline reporting processes. - Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, insights, and optimisation opportunities for marketing, product, and growth teams. - Conduct A/B testing and funnel analysis to evaluate user experience and conversion performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics, align data requirements, and deliver meaningful insights. - Ensure data accuracy, quality, and governance across analytics deliverables. - Present analytical findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and storytelling. Requirements - 6+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role. - Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, data automation, APIs). - Advanced SQL skills with experience in relational databases - Expertise in Power BI (DAX, data modelling, dashboard development). - Solid experience with Web Analytics tools, preferably Adobe Analytics; Google Analytics exposure is a plus. - Experience with digital marketing data, e-commerce metrics, or product analytics is preferred. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights. - Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with technical and non-technical teams.
