With over 2,000 students trained and 1 million digital followers, we are dedicated to helping students become better individuals both personally and professionally. Our mission is to provide quality education and foster a supportive community for learners. We're looking for a Lead Content Strategist to lead our brand storytelling across social media and digital platforms. In this role, you'll craft impactful campaigns, shape our brand voice, and create content that connects, inspires, and converts. From developing content strategies to optimizing performance, you'll be the driving force behind our digital presence. What You'll Do: - Develop innovative content strategies for social media & brand campaigns - Create engaging reels, short-form videos, and interactive posts - Write compelling ad copies and digital content that resonate - Analyze performance data to refine and improve future campaigns - Collaborate with cross functional teams for cohesive storytelling What We're Looking For: - 35 years of experience in content strategy, creative writing, or brand storytelling - Strong grasp of marketing trends, audience behavior & brand positioning - Excellent writing, editing, and creative thinking skills - Familiarity with video editing trends & SEO best practices - Strong written and verbal communication in Tamil & English You won't just create content. You'll lead strategy, shape narratives, and help students transform their lives through meaningful stories.
