Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - Business Analyst
You will help Genpact build automation solutions which are scalable and consistent across global deployment.
Responsibilities
- Requirement gathering and analysis of Business requirements.
- Work with client organization to understand technical requirements to implement IT Solutions
- Platform Rationalization
- Response against RFP/ RFI related to Specialty Insurance Products
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications we seek in you
- BE/ B Tech/ MCA
- AINS / CPCU certified
- Business Analysis Experience in Specialty Insurance Domain
Preferred qualifications
- Strong Specialty Insurance domain & IT knowledge
- Requirement Elicitation & translate into technical IT solutions.
- Hands on Experience to Manage COTS Products
- Experience on any 2 products out of following Insurance Products -
- Insurity - ConceptOne
- Vertafor - AIM, IMS
- ImageRight, AIR, RMS, TRU, Virtual MGA, Emergine
- Production Support of Insurance Apps under SLA/KPI ambit
- Strong coordination & liaising experience with Vendors, Business Owners, Infrastructure, Cloud team, etc.
- Aware about IT Tech stacks (Front End Languages, Databases, Cloud, API)
- Strong Experience in writing SQL queries
- Experience on JIRA/ Remedy tool
- Iterative / Agile / DevOps/ ITIL practices & tools
- Data Analysis & Data Migration experience
- Preparing Process Flows and Screen Mockups
- Execution of Transformation, Integration & Automation Programs/ Projects
- Excellent verbal, written communication skills and Analytical reasoning ability.
