Location - Pune
Meet and Greet: Covers front office basics, proper greeting techniques, and dos and don&aposts.
Coordinating with the Facility Management team: Focuses on working with the facilities management team for various services and orders.
Responsibility of FOE: Outlines key duties such as greeting visitors, badging, managing access, maintaining appointment calendars, and travel planning.
Specialized Occasions: Teaches how to handle special events and ceremonies within the office premises.
Ownership-driven mentality: Emphasizes taking responsibility for one&aposs role and understanding its impact on the organization.
Client: Covers client interactions, handling specific situations, and enhancing client experience at the site level.
Security and Visitor process: Explains the organization&aposs security protocols and visitor management procedures.
Workplace culture: Discusses the importance of organizational culture, including onboarding, retention, engagement, and talent management.
Communications: Covers grammar, fluency, written English, telephone etiquette, and handling difficult clients.
MS-Excel: Training in Microsoft Excel, including formatting and data presentation.
