Job Description What will you drive - Act as a strategic finance partner to business teams, enabling data-driven decision making. - Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. - Track key business KPIs, identify risks/opportunities, and present actionable insights to leadership. - Deliver ROI analysis, cost optimization strategies, and profitability tracking for different business verticals. - Partner with Sales, Operations, Product, and Marketing teams to support strategic initiatives. - Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with detailed MIS, dashboards, and commentary. - Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, audit requirements, and internal controls. - Drive automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency in reporting and analysis. What we are looking for - Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience. - Strong background in business finance, FP&A, or consulting (preferred). - Proficiency in financial modelling, MIS, variance analysis, and reporting. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. - Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and financial systems/tools. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high ownership and accountability.
