Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring flawless execution and adherence to timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine project requirements and develop solutions that meet our world-class standards.
- Coordinate the installation and maintenance of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers, encouraging an inclusive and collaborative team environment.
- Conduct regular inspections and testing to identify and resolve any issues promptly, ensuring continuous improvement and success.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale electrical projects within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to successfully implement innovative solutions.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of effective collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent.
- Experience with green building standards and balanced construction practices.
- Proficiency in electrical design software and tools.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a passion for continuous learning and development.
