Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will include interacting with potential clients, handling customer inquiries, and providing support to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

- Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Experience in Account Management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is a plus
- Relevant educational qualifications in Business, Marketing, or related field
