JOB DESCRIPTIONI JOB DETAILSJob TitleConsultantReporting SupervisorHODII JOB PURPOSE xc2xb7 To gain an understanding of the wide range of respiratory conditions III KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCore Responsibilities Responsibilities and Key Tasks To effectively assist the management of patients with obstructive lung diseases such as asthma COPD and obstructive sleep apnoea To diagnosis and continuing care of patients with diagnosed malignancy To examine all patients in wards follow up the cases To prepare all medical records of the patient being maintained in the ward To carry out instructions of the consultants in administering the medication and preparing patients for various procedures To assist consultant in the OPD To actively participate in presentations of CMEs and Journal clubs To participate actively in the teaching program for nursing staff and technicians To assist the consultants in all emergency cases To be well groomed punctual adhere to company policies and practices To have complete orientation of QMS and EMS system of Hospital To have complete Awareness about Disaster Management Programme DMP of the hospital To Comply with the service quality Process environmental occupational issues policies of the respective area To Comply with patient safety policy To ensure safe utilization of equipments and proper waste disposal system IV KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORSMeasurable Deliverables xc2xb7 Negative Patient Feedback not more than 2 cases in a year xc2xb7 100 Medical Documentation xc2xb7 TATs as per NABH IMS Sparsh and other quality initiatives V JOB REQUIREMENTSMinimum QualificationsMD DNB Pulmonology with IDCCM or relevant fellowshipExperience xc2xb7 5-9 years relevant experience Technical Skills xc2xb7 Competent in fitting central lines xc2xb7 Have expertise in all ICU techniques xc2xb7 Through knowledge about the ventilators Behavioural Skills xc2xb7 Good Interpersonal skills xc2xb7 Good communication skills xc2xb7 Leadership skills xc2xb7 Confident Language Skills English Hindi VI KEY INTERACTIONSKey Internal ContactsKey External Contacts Medical Superintendent Nursing Staff Consultants-Pulmonology Hospitalist Medical Records Patients Attendants
