The Microsoft Project Support Team partners with customers to ensure they realize the full value of Microsoft Project and its ecosystem. We serve as trusted advisors and technical experts, helping organizations plan, manage, and deliver projects successfully. Our purpose is to empower customers to achieve their business outcomes by:

Delivering high-quality technical support and guidance across Microsoft Project Online, Project for the Web, and integrated Microsoft 365 solutions.

Driving swift resolution of complex issues through deep technical expertise, troubleshooting, and collaboration with engineering teams.

Advocating for the customer by capturing feedback, identifying product gaps, and influencing improvements that enhance customer experience.

Enabling customer success through proactive engagement, knowledge sharing, and building technical readiness.

Working as a global team with a growth mindset, fostering diversity, inclusion, and a culture of learning to continually raise the bar in customer support.

In the Customer Service & Support (CSS) team we are looking for people with a passion for delivering customer success. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will own, troubleshoot and solve customer technical issues. This opportunity will allow you to accelerate your career growth, hone your problem-solving, collaboration and research skills, and develop your technical proficiency.

This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home.
