Key Responsibilities:

As User Environment Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, contributing to the team's success by:

- Providing resolution of complex IT incidents and problems.
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive operational guides and documentation.
- Creation, testing, and management of effective core OS application deployments.
- Leading client patch management efforts.
- Serving as a subject matter expert in Configuration Manager and Intune endpoint operations.

Technical Mastery:

Our ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background in enterprise-level IT support, demonstrating proficiency in the following areas:

- Mastery of the Microsoft Windows desktop platform.
- In-depth operational knowledge of Microsoft Configuration Manager.
- Expertise in Microsoft Intune for desktop and mobile operations.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
- Advanced skills in Active Directory and Group Policy configuration and management.
- Extensive experience in desktop application and patch delivery through SCCM.
- Strong expertise in hardware and driver support.
- Advanced skills in Operating System Deployment, including SCCM Task Sequence & AutoPilot support operations.

Qualifications:

As a senior-level professional, we expect candidates to have the following qualifications:

- Related Microsoft certifications preferable.
- ITIL Foundation certification or higher.
