Job Description

- Work closely with the Superiors to understand various aspects of the project and required approvals required at each stage
- Perform timely submission of application forms with required documentation to various other statutory authorities / external agencies / dignitaries
- Coordinate with offices of the regulatory authorities to schedule meetings with Superiors to obtain the necessary approvals (e.g. Airport NOC, pollution control board, fire department's approval, feasibility certificate from water works, police commissioner clearance, municipal clearance) and submit the same to the concerned state authority
- Support Superiors in conducting NALA (non-agricultural land assessment) tax assessment for conversion from agriculture to non-agriculture
- Arrange for documents / details internally within the department to be furnished to various statutory authorities / external agencies / dignitaries as and when required
- Maintain database of all liaison related documentation; Constantly monitor the same and ensure timely renewal of approvals / sanctions, where necessary
- Provide timely support to all Internal Departments on all approval / sanction related matters
- Procure occupancy certificate from Municipal Authority
- Maintain all documents for the hand-over to the society.
- Coordinate with village panchayats as the need may be to ensure necessary co-operation and support.
- Manage healthy and strong relationship with all the external stakeholders through strong liaising.
- Liaise with the required stakeholders to ensure that all the regulatory requirements are ready in a timely manner
