Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Test Lead with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Robot and Python and a background in Program Management is a plus. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can ensure the quality and reliability of our software solutions. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel. Responsibilities - Lead the testing efforts for software projects ensuring high-quality deliverables. - Oversee the creation and execution of test plans and test cases using Robot and Python. - Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects efficiently. - Provide detailed reports on testing progress and outcomes to stakeholders. - Ensure that testing processes align with industry best practices and company standards. - Develop and maintain automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency. - Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing activities. - Monitor and track testing metrics to assess the effectiveness of testing strategies. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions for team members. - Support continuous improvement initiatives within the testing team. - Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards in all testing activities. - Contribute to the overall success of projects by ensuring software meets user requirements. Qualifications - Possess strong expertise in Robot and Python for test automation. - Demonstrate experience in developing and executing test plans and cases. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Have a background in Program Management which is a nice to have. - Show proficiency in analyzing and reporting test results. - Display strong communication skills for effective collaboration. - Understand industry best practices in software testing.
