Position Title Service Coordinator Female Department Service Customer Support Location Kottayam Employment Type Full-Time Job Responsibilities Coordinate with customers for service calls and schedule technician visits Log service requests and maintain service register software Assign service calls to field engineers and track completion Follow up with engineers for status updates and closure reports Maintain AMC warranty records and schedule preventive maintenance visits Prepare service reports quotations and documents related to service jobs Handle inbound calls customer queries related to service Maintain spare parts inward outward register and update stock Track pending service calls and escalate if required Provide daily weekly service updates to management Support service billing follow-up for payment if required Required Skills Qualifications Graduate Diploma any discipline 1-3 years of experience in service coordination customer support preferred Good communication skills English local language Strong coordination follow-up skills Basic computer proficiency MS Office Email Excel Knowledge of CRM service tracking tools preferred Organized punctual and customer-friendly attitude Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 14 000 16 - 23 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
