Job Description - Job Title: Business Analyst - Data & Operations - Experience Required: 2+ years - Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India About the Role We are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to support our data and operations functions while driving new business initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, identify growth opportunities, and enable data-driven decision-making. This role requires a balance of analytical rigor, operational understanding, and a bias for execution. Key Responsibilities - Analyse operational and performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. - Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track KPIs and provide actionable insights for leadership. - Partner with the operations team to optimise workflows, improve turnaround times, and enhance overall efficiency. - Support the design and rollout of new business initiatives and pilot programs. - Conduct root-cause analysis and develop data-backed recommendations to solve key business challenges. - Collaborate with product, marketing, and strategy teams to align business objectives with operational execution. - Develop process documentation, SOPs, and tracking mechanisms for new initiatives. - Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or operations management. - Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Programming languages(Python), SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools preferred. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to multitask, prioritise, and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills - Experience working in high-growth or tech-enabled environments. - Familiarity with process automation or CRM tools - Exposure to business process improvement or Lean methodologies.
