Our bouquet of Modernization Engineering Services cuts across Cloud, Data, Dynamics, Contact Centers, and around newer technologies like Generative AI, MS Fabric, and other modernization platforms.ResponsibilitiesExperience: 5+ yearsLocation: Bangalore (5 days WHO)Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to ecommerce platforms, retail operations, and customer engagement. - Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams. - Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and feasibility studies to support solution design. - Work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, QA teams, and product managers to ensure successful delivery of features and enhancements. - Support product backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT activities. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies in ecommerce and retail.-Required Skills & Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Retail OR Ecommerce domain - Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms - Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
