We are looking for a VBA Manager who will be responsible for managing VBA operations, productivity, retention, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities - Monitor VBA onboarding lead time for efficiency - Track VBA productivity and ensure maximum contribution to sales - Conduct market audits and prepare reports for management - Develop and implement VBA retention plans and strategies - Measure and evaluate monthly KPI scoring - Manage daily operations to ensure smooth processes - Handle people management and streamline workflows - Oversee data management, sales tracking, and model-wise sales analysis - Organize and conduct motivation meets with Promoters/VBAs to brainstorm growth strategies Qualifications - Graduate/Postgraduate in any field (MBA preferred) - Proven experience in sales operations/people management (telecom/consumer electronics preferred) - Strong analytical and reporting skills - Excellent communication and leadership abilities - Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines - Proficiency in MS Office & data management tools Perks & Benefits - Competitive CTC (Fixed + Variable) - Performance-based Incentives - Health Insurance - Domestic Trips & Rewards - Career Growth Opportunities
