Job Category KMBL Degree Level Bachelor s Degree As a Team Member in the CRE-Credit department you will play a crucial role in analyzing and evaluating credit risks associated with real estate investments Your expertise will contribute to the overall success and growth of the company s real estate portfolio This role offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a significant impact on the company s financial strategies Responsibilities Conduct thorough credit analysis and risk assessments for potential real estate investments Evaluate and monitor the financial health and creditworthiness of borrowers and investors Prepare comprehensive credit reports and recommendations for investment decisions Collaborate with the CRE team to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with real estate projects Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and regulatory changes impacting the real estate sector Assist in developing and implementing risk management strategies to protect the company s interests Maintain accurate records and documentation for all credit-related activities Provide support and guidance to junior team members in credit analysis and risk assessment Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic direction of the CRE department Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit analysis or risk management preferably in the real estate industry Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements and identify potential risks Excellent knowledge of real estate market dynamics and investment trends Proficiency in using financial analysis tools and software Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy Willingness to stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
