Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated .Net FullStack Developer || Chennai with 5+ years of experience. Full Stack Development Lead Requirements - Graduate in BE/BTech/MCA from a reputed university; Masters degree is an advantage. - 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on front-end and back-end development. - Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Development Lead is preferred. - Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of web applications. - Strong front-end skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and frameworks/libraries such as React JS. - Back-end expertise in .NET (C#) and JavaScript (Node.js), along with APIs, OAuth, and OpenID. - Proficient with tools like Visual Studio Code, Postman, GitHub, AppInsights, etc. - Experience working on Microservices-based products is preferred. - Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps or Jenkins. - Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps best practices. - Familiarity with ALM tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira. - Demonstrated ability to lead a team of front-end and back-end developers. - Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality, reliable code. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. - Strong analytical mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving. - High level of personal integrity and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. - Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
