This role involves working on custom application development, including web apps, marketplace integrations, and extensions for SaaS platforms (such as Freshworks, Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar ecosystems). You will be responsible for end-to-end development - from building engaging user interfaces to creating scalable back-end logic and API integrations. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain custom web and SaaS-based applications. - Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. - Build responsive and dynamic front-end components using React or Vue.js. - Develop secure and scalable back-end services. - Work across MERN or PERN stacks for full-stack implementations. - Integrate third-party services and APIs to enhance functionality. - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices. - Debug and optimize applications for performance and scalability. - Support app publishing or deployment to relevant platforms or marketplaces. Required Skills & Qualifications - Minimum 6 months of full-stack or web development experience. - Proficiency in JavaScript, React or Vue.js, Node.js, and TypeScript. - Hands-on experience with MERN or PERN frameworks. - Strong understanding of RESTful API development and integration. - Familiarity with front-end performance optimization and responsive design principles. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Good to Have - Experience developing custom apps or integrations for SaaS platforms (e.g., Freshworks, Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). - Knowledge of marketplace app lifecycle — from development to publishing. - Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment pipelines. - Understanding of version control (Git), scripting, and automation.
