Help Us Build Better - One Supplier at a Time We're seeking a quality-focused SQA Engineer to join our team in Pune. In this role, you'll ensure that our suppliers consistently meet the high standards required to produce reliable pump components for mining and wastewater applications. What you'll do: - Conduct on-site supplier quality audits and inspections - Investigate and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to resolution - Implement corrective and preventive actions to improve supplier quality - Analyse root causes of recurring quality issues and drive improvements - Collaborate with Engineering and Procurement to resolve supplier-related concerns - Provide training and support to suppliers on quality requirements and processes - Maintain detailed records of supplier performance and audit findings You should have: - A degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering - 3-5 years in supplier quality or manufacturing quality roles - Familiarity with quality tools like FMEA, CAPA, and ISO standards Diverse by nature and inclusive by choice Bright ideas come from all of us.
