As a Trading Services Associate ll within JPMorganChase, you will play a pivotal role in the seamless execution of trade activities, from order entry to settlement. While still developing, your expertise in market products and understanding of automation technologies will be instrumental in optimizing our trading services. You will be expected to leverage your proficiency in change management and continuous improvement to enhance the efficiency and resilience of our operating platform. Your role will also allow you to keep developing your relationships with internal stakeholders, presenting insights to senior management, and driving process improvements. Your decisions will contribute and impact on short-term team and department goals, and you will often guide others in their work activities, contributing to the overall success of our trading services. Job Responsibilities - Execute daily trading operations efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate trade execution while collaborating with traders and team members to resolve discrepancies. - Monitor and reconcile trading accounts to maintain accuracy, driving the development and implementation of process improvements for enhanced operational efficiency. - Deliver exceptional service to internal and external clients, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends, trading regulations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. Prepare and analyze trading reports for management review, actively participating in team meetings and contributing to strategic discussions. - Assist in training and mentoring junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. - Manage ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to addressing emerging needs. - Upload market data to different risk management systems. Perform reconciliations against market sources - Performing numerous control reconciliations to verify trading positions are accurate through front office to middle office reconciliations, middle office to back-office reconciliations - Investigate and provide solutions to various queries from settlements and confirmations. Produce management statistics - Complete operations projects and ad hoc requests to satisfy new initiatives and operations/technology enhancements (new system implementations) - Collaborating with technology, research, sales, compliance, and data office teams to gather requirements and ensure successful rollout and integration of new workflows and deliverables. Oversee the migration and integration of legacy systems, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption for users. - Developing and execute communication plans, including demos, training sessions, and user engagement initiatives to support adoption and user satisfaction.
