Job Description: Content Creation & Strategy Intern Duration: Internship (3-6 months) We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creation & Strategy Intern to help build compelling content for Little Joys & Be Bodywise - United Arab Emirates. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Strategy - Develop and execute a content calendar for social media platforms. - Brainstorm and create engaging ad narrations, scripts, and concepts for performance marketing. - Collaborate with the team to build brand narratives that resonate with our audience. - Stay updated with trends in beauty, wellness, and parenting (for Be Bodywise & Little Joys). Social Media Management: - Create and schedule posts across Instagram, and other relevant platforms. - Optimize content for maximum reach and engagement. - Coordinate with designers and video editors to create visually appealing content. - Engage with the audience, respond to comments, and build community relationships. Performance Marketing & Ad Creation: - Develop creative ad scripts and storyboards for paid campaigns. - Assist in shooting and editing ads for social media and digital platforms. - Work with the marketing team to analyze ad performance and refine strategies. Customer Insights & Trend Analysis - Connect with customers to gather insights for content creation. - Track social media analytics and suggest data-driven improvements. Who You Are: - Passionate about content creation, social media, and digital marketing. - Strong storytelling skills with the ability to write engaging content. - Basic knowledge of Canva, video editing tools, and social media analytics. - Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail. - Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
