Job Title Housekeeping Associate Department Housekeeping Reports To Housekeeping Supervisor Executive Housekeeper Job Summary The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining cleanliness hygiene and overall appearance of guest rooms corridors and public areas in accordance with hotel standards The role ensures guests enjoy a clean comfortable and welcoming environment during their stay Key Responsibilities Clean and service guest rooms bathrooms and public areas as per hotel standards Replace linens towels and guest amenities daily or as required Check and report any maintenance issues or room damages to the supervisor Replenish housekeeping trolleys and supplies before and after each shift Ensure proper handling and usage of cleaning equipment and chemicals Follow health safety and hygiene procedures at all times Handle guest requests promptly and courteously Maintain lost and found records in coordination with the housekeeping desk Assist with laundry or other housekeeping duties as assigned Uphold the hotel s grooming and behavior standards at all times Requirements Minimum 10th 12th pass diploma or certification in Housekeeping preferred Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning in hotels is an advantage Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Physically fit and able to handle cleaning tasks efficiently Good communication and teamwork skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Internship Contract length 6 months Pay 12 000 00 - 14 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Work Location In person
