Job Description Job Title: Rust Developer Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Experience: 5+ years (with strong Rust experience) Employment Type: Full-Time CTC: Up to 30 LPA Introduction Are you an experienced Rust Developer passionate about building high-performance, scalable, and secure applications We are seeking a skilled professional to join a dynamic technology team focused on system programming, microservices, blockchain, and cloud-native solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies, contribute to blockchain integrations, and build robust backend systems in a collaborative and agile environment. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain Rust-based applications using frameworks such as Actix Web and Substrate. - Architect scalable solutions with microservices patterns, including CQRS, SAGA, Circuit Breaker, API Gateway, and Service Discovery. - Contribute to blockchain and DeFi integrations with protocols like Aave and Polygon, and develop smart contracts in Solidity. - Work on backend systems with multi-language integration (Java, C++, JavaScript) for reliable software solutions. - Develop and optimize messaging pipelines using Kafka and caching systems like Redis. - Manage and optimize databases including SQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, ScyllaDB, and IPFS. - Deploy and manage applications in containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes. - Collaborate in Agile teams, applying Git-based version control and CI/CD practices. - Ensure code quality, conduct performance tuning, and troubleshoot production-level issues. - Stay up to date with developments in the Rust ecosystem, blockchain technologies, and cloud-native computing. Required Skills & Qualifications - 5+ years of IT software development experience, with at least 4+ years in Rust. - Proficiency in Rust, Java, C++, JavaScript, and Solidity. - Strong experience with microservices architecture and distributed system patterns. - Hands-on knowledge of databases: SQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, ScyllaDB, and IPFS. - Familiarity with blockchain/DeFi protocols such as Aave and Polygon. - Experience with Kafka, Redis, and high-performance systems. - Proficiency in frameworks such as Spring Boot, Actix Web, and Substrate. - Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and Git-based version control. - Solid understanding of Linux and Windows environments. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). - Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines. - Background in financial services, blockchain, or DeFi ecosystems. - Knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., Anaconda, Excel) for performance monitoring.
