We may consider candidates who has total exp lower than 10 years but have 4+ years in RustHands-on with Kubernetes, containers, distributed APIsStrong understanding of Linux internals, networking, observabilityFamiliarity with AWS/GCP/Azure, CI/CD, and Terraform/PulumiProven ownership of complex systems from design to deliveryMandatory: Proven hands-on expertise in Rust programmingPreferred: Exposure to Golang (nice to have)🌟 Bonus SkillsAsync runtimes (Tokio, etc.), memory-safe systemsProfiling, low-latency, or instrumentation experienceOpen-source contributions (Rust or infra tooling)💡 MindsetYou lead through execution & mentorship, not policyYou’re a builder who loves writing and improving codeYou enjoy ambiguity and solving complex, performance-critical problems📩 Interested?
