We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer who can own end-to-end development, architecture, and cloud deployment. You’ll work across modern front-end and back-end stacks, primarily using React and Node.js, and leverage cloud services to build secure, scalable, high-performance applications. Experience with .NET is a plus. Key Responsibilities • Lead the design and development of new features across the full application stack • Write clean, efficient, well-structured code in React (front-end) and Node.js (back-end) • Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems and services • Build, optimise, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices • Leverage cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) for deployment, monitoring, auto-scaling, and reliability • Participate in code reviews, architecture sessions, and technical planning • Collaborate closely with product managers, UX, design, and DevOps teams • Troubleshoot complex issues, ensure uptime, and optimise performance • Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices Mandatory Technical Skills & Qualifications • 8+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack roles • Strong expertise in React (Hooks, state management, performance tuning, component lifecycle) • Advanced proficiency in Node.js with frameworks like Express or NestJS • Deep experience building RESTful APIs, microservices, and modular back-end systems • Hands-on cloud experience with at least one major provider (AWS/Azure/GCP), including: – Compute: EC2, Lambda, or equivalent serverless/container platforms – Storage/Databases: DynamoDB, Aurora, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar – Networking/Deployment: VPC, Load Balancers, IAM, CI/CD (GitHub Actions/Jenkins) • Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases • Solid grasp of authentication, authorisation, and application security principles • Proficiency with Git, Docker, and modern CI/CD pipelines • Strong understanding of system design, distributed systems, caching, and scalability Desirable Skills (Plus Points) • Experience with .NET/.NET Core • Exposure to Kubernetes or container orchestration tools • Knowledge of message queues, event-driven architecture, and caching layers • Experience with automated testing (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, etc.) • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows Soft Skills • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills • Excellent communication and collaborative mindset • Ability to lead technical discussions and drive architectural decisions • Comfortable mentoring and guiding team members Why Join Us? • Work with modern, high-impact technologies • Ownership of critical product modules and architecture • A collaborative, fast-moving environment with room for growth • Opportunity to influence technical direction and best practices
