Role OverviewWe are looking for a Hands-On Engineering Lead (Full-Stack) to join XeSocial as a core technical leader . This is a leadership role , not an individual contributor-only position. You will own critical architectural decisions, guide engineering standards, mentor developers, and directly shape the evolution of an advanced-stage AI SaaS product. This role is ideal for a senior engineer who wants ownership, influence, and long-term upside , and who enjoys building real products used by real customers.
