We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of the Indian real estate market. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and renting processes while ensuring a high level of customer service and compliance with all legal requirements.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice and guidance.
- Conduct market research to identify potential properties and investment opportunities.
- Prepare and present property listings to clients.
- Negotiate property prices and contracts on behalf of clients.
- Ensure all transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and property values in the local area.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market in India.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Proficient in using real estate software and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Knowledge of local zoning laws, property regulations, and legal requirements.
