Are you looking for an exciting opportunity working for a Global Technology Leader At Aviat Networks we take great pride in hiring a workforce that is committed to supporting and strengthening our values and attributes If you are a results-oriented customer centric and innovative thinker who also takes pride in personal and professional integrity Aviat Networks is the ideal next step in your career We are looking for people who love to solve problems enjoy change and know how to have fun so come and join a dynamic team that strives to bring communications to the world Aviat Networks is the world s largest independent supplier of wireless transmission systems We are recognized worldwide for cutting-edge 5G backhaul networking solutions and services Customers in more than 135 countries depend on Aviat Networks to build expand and upgrade their voice data and video solutions We currently have an immediate need for a Project Engineer Material Coordinator based in Gurgaon India About the Role The material Coordinator is responsible for managing the inventory to support projects This role involves inventory management coordination with internal departments and customers and ensuring the timely availability of materials End-to-End material management from PO till customer signoff and booking in internal systems Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory records including stock quantities locations movements and usage Monitor stock levels and forecast material demand to prevent inventory shortages Collaborate with the supply operations team to determine material requirements Ensure required material is available on time as per project demand Prepare necessary reports of inventory stock with respect to project scope along with mitigation plan and projections Identify opportunities for process improvements within materials management and propose cost-saving initiatives Implement best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of supply chain operations Ensure timely material reconciliation and sign off from customers and vendors Qualifications Competencies Bachelor s degree in electrical Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering or a related field master s degree preferred Proven experience 8-10 years in materials coordination inventory management warehouse operations or related role Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and experience with inventory management systems develop and maintain complex excel spreadsheets and databases Customer Handling Strong Analytical skills Basic understanding of microwave communication principles RF engineering and microwave equipment antennas radios waveguides etc Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders Willing to work extended hours We encourage you to read our You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time To do this you can email us at privacy aviatnet com Aviat Networks provides equal employment opportunity for all applicants and employees The Company does not discriminate against applicants or employees on the basis of race color sex age national origin religion sexual orientation gender identity veteran or military status disability or any other legally recognized protected basis under federal state or local law Aviat Networks offers a competitive benefits package Apply NOW to learn more
