Tasks About MBRDI Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India MBRDI headquartered in Bengaluru with a satellite office in Pune is the largest R D center for Mercedes-Benz Group AG outside of Germany Our mission is to drive innovation and excellence in automotive engineering digitalization and sustainable mobility solutions shaping the future of mobility Product Owner - Enterprise Logistics Application Master Data Billing Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Product Owner with strong Business Process Analysis capabilities to lead the Master Data and Billing processes within our Enterprise Logistics Application deployed across Europe and Dubai This role combines strategic product ownership with hands-on process analysis and testing responsibilities The ideal candidate will guide the scrum team prioritize business requirements manage cross-team dependencies and ensure alignment during PI and Iteration Planning Additionally they will analyze and document system processes execute tests and collaborate closely with IT and supply chain stakeholders in an international agile environment Key Responsibilities Own and prioritize the product backlog for Master Data and Billing Provide overarching process experience to guide the scrum team Prepare content for PI and Iteration Planning sessions Participate in Iteration Reviews and Retrospectives Manage cross-team dependencies to ensure delivery alignment Analyze and design system processes based on business requirements Execute and document functional and integration tests Qualifications Required Qualifications Knowledge of logistics and supply chain especially in Master Data objects parts price customer vendor and billing processes Project experience in a leading role using agile methodologies such as Scrum and SAFe Familiarity with Microservice Architecture FOSS and Cloud technologies Proficient in Jira Confluence and X-Ray Advanced English proficiency German language skills are a plus Preferred Personal Attributes Ability to coordinate complex topics and projects Experience in moderating large group discussions Strong leadership skills Experience in international collaboration High level of self-management and initiative Reliability and open-mindedness Willingness to travel for onsite engagements a few weeks as needed Why Join Us Be part of a purpose-driven organization that is shaping the future of mobility Work on cutting-edge technologies and global projects Thrive in a collaborative diverse and inclusive environment Access world-class infrastructure and continuous learning opportunities Equal Opportunity Statement At MBRDI we are committed to diversity and inclusion We welcome applications from all qualified individuals regardless of gender background or ability
