Job description We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage the execution of high-end residential interior projects. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively between clients, designers, and project teams. Responsibilities - Oversee day to day operations of the Site. - Understanding client requirements and interfacing between client and project manager. - To understand the technical requirements of the work and be able to explain the same to others. - Provide positive direction to motivate and implement quality performance. - Set project goals and oversee projects to completion. - Communicate with clients effectively regarding the implementation queries. - Should have preferably worked on implementation of interiors for high end luxury Villas/ Residential Projects. - Keeping up to date with new developments in the design industry. - Experience of Auto-CAD and MS Office is must. - Co-ordination with Client / Designers from concept to final stage. Qualifications - Diploma in civil or related field. - 2 to 5 Years of Experience in the Residential Interior Industry. - Proficiency in Excel is essential, while knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus. - Strong creative and communication skills. - Communication in English, Hindi & Telgu is Mandatory.
