We are committed to: - Excellence - Responsibility - Empowerment - Connectivity - Courage Job Description: - Ability to conceptualize and deliver high-quality visual and video content across print, digital, and multimedia platforms. - Deep understanding of brand identity, visual storytelling, and integrated design. - Strong artistic sensibility with mastery of design principles: typography, layout, color theory, and brand systems. - Demonstrated creativity, innovation, and critical thinking in solving design challenges. - Ability to manage projects end-to-end, from concept to final delivery, while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. - Strong communication skills and command of English (verbal and written). - Proven ability to mentor junior designers and contribute to elevating the overall creative output of the team. Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. Experience: - 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in graphic design and multimedia production, with a proven track record in video creation, editing, and motion graphics. - Experience working in digital-first environments (consultancies, agencies, or in-house creative units). Skills and Software Proficiency: - Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects. - Professional proficiency in video editing and motion graphics (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent). - Strong knowledge of storyboarding, visual storytelling, and video production workflows. - Experience with digital and UI/UX design tools such as Figma or Sketch. - Familiarity with 3D design or animation software (e.g., Blender, Cinema4D, Maya) is an advantage. - Strong presentation and visualization skills with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word). * While we carefully review all applications, only candidates meeting the specified requirements will be contacted for further consideration.
