The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs that align with our brand and business goals.Key Responsibilities:Conceptualize and design graphics for digital, print, social media, and marketing campaignsCreate engaging visuals for websites, ads, presentations, and brand materialsCollaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams to deliver consistent brand communicationLead design projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery with high qualityMentor junior designers and review their work for brand alignmentStay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the teamRequirements:Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a senior/lead roleStrong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work (digital + print)Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) and other design tools (Figma, Canva, etc.)Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout designAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projectsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsPerks & Benefits:Competitive salary packageOpportunity to work on diverse and impactful projectsCollaborative and creative work cultureCareer growth and learning opportunities
