Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Captain located in Noida. The Senior Captain will be responsible for overseeing restaurant and dining operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, coordinating with the kitchen, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. They will also handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide a welcoming atmosphere to enhance the overall dining experience.

Qualifications

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Working Knowledge of IDS Next software is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in restaurant operations and knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to resolve guest issues and handle inquiries professionally
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in a supervisory role, is a plus
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field
