SummaryAs a Release Manager at Gainwell you can contribute your skills as we harness the power of technology to help our clients improve the health and well-being of the members they serve - a community s most vulnerable Connect your passion with purpose teaming with people who thrive on finding innovative solutions to some of healthcare s biggest challenges Here are the details on this position xe2x80x8bYour role in our mission Release Manager The Release Manager ensures the correct configuration items are assembled to build an application and are released to the appropriate environments in a repeatable manner This includes planning the schedule for releases the content of the releases and ensuring only tested and approved changes are included in the release to be deployed to any environment during the lifecycle The RM will provide planning and communications regarding releases to all environments RM will collaborate with vendors software developers system operators and other IT staff members to manage execute build and deployment processes productively The RM will ensure produce deliverables to articulate the movement of releases environments through the lifecycle will capture and communicate the events leading to the creation of environments and will update environments with data code data model changes The RM will also maintain the release schedule and ensure the work associated with the flow of the environments is done in a timely manner Ensure CI Change Management Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules and plans as required Ensures all change orders and configuration items are documents CM standards Release and Deployment Planning and Management Project Release Identifies and schedules project deliverables milestones and required tasks within project build release sprint Ensures all release are deploy on time while meeting Client expectations Serves as liaison between applications team and operations team Operational readiness version definition and Lessons learned reviews Directs coordinates and facilitate activities of project personnel to ensure deployments schedules Pre and post communication to stakeholders Ensure issues are logged assigned monitored scheduled and verified Configuration Management Support Configuration Status Accounting and Reporting Project Release Support CM Baseline Verification Audits Capability Support Support Build and Release Management Coaching project team members on the use of the common configuration and release management processes and tools Review work products of other leveraged team members Work with development teams and or Configuration Manager to understand impacts of branches and code merges Continually work towards making improvements in the release process MUST work Central Time Zone Fast-paced challenging and rewarding work environment Work life balance Hybrid Office environment Will require late evening work to overlap US work hours
