We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in IT recruitment and be ready to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for IT roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).

Understanding client/candidate requirements and aligning the best talent.

Coordinating interviews and managing the hiring process smoothly.

Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment.

Educational background in Technology (B.Tech, B.E, BCA, MCA, BSc. etc.) preferred.

Strong sourcing skills using job portals, social media, and professional networks.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Immediate joiners preferred.
