We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional to lead our Finance Digital IT initiatives as a Group Head -D IT Specialist Finance This is a leadership role requiring deep SAP Finance expertise and proven ability to align business needs with technology-driven solutions Title Group Head - D IT Specialist Finance location Mumbai Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations rollouts and support Configure manage Indian GST Taxation scenarios Provide functional expertise across FICO TRM VIM FM and REFX Drive automation optimization and seamless integration with MM SD PS HR PM Mentor and guide SAP Finance teams ensure smooth knowledge transfer training Ensure application governance aligned with ITIL standards Support mergers migration activities and configuration Skills Competencies Strong proficiency in SAP FICO mandatory Hands-on experience in TRM VIM FM REFX In-depth knowledge of Indian GST Taxation in SAP Proven track record in SAP full-cycle implementations rollouts Strong leadership problem-solving and stakeholder management skills Industry experience in Power Utility sector mandatory Experience Qualification Minimum 15 years overall experience at least 5 years in Finance Domain 10 years in SAP Qualification CA with SAP specialization SAP Certification preferred Experience Required Minimum 15 years at least 5 years in Finance Domain minimum 10 years in SAP Qualification CA with SAP FICO TRM VIM FM REFX SAP Certification preferred
