The role combines technical knowledge with strong sales and communication skills to understand customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial sectors. - Visit clients to understand technical requirements and provide suitable product solutions. - Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products and services. - Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve assigned targets. - Coordinate with the design and production team to ensure timely delivery and installation. - Maintain good relationships with existing customers for repeat and referral business. - Provide after-sales technical support and resolve customer issues. - Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis. - Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional activities. - Ensure proper documentation for quotations, inquiries, and purchase orders. Required Skills and Competencies: - Good understanding of mechanical or electrical systems. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Strong customer relationship management skills. - Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications. - Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented. - Willingness to travel frequently. Qualification & Experience: - Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field. - Experience: 13 years in industrial equipment or machinery sales (preferably cleaning or SPM machines). - Computer Skills: MS Office, CRM software, AutoCAD (added advantage). Assist in machine assembly trials and testing during development. Required Skills & Qualifications: BE / BTech in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 2+ years of experience in SPM design or industrial automation. - gineering or relevant technical degree - CAD experience - Proficient in Solidworks - Strong organizational and communication skills
