Department Process Engineering Batch Monitoring Position Assistant Manager Reports to Team Lead Key Responsibilities Plan the shift schedule and ensure that the Batch process operations are monitored in three shifts 24X7 timeline Lead the team and co-ordinate with Technology Absorption Team Production and Quality Assurance team for closure of pre-production documentation activities Ensure that the team is verifying the line modifications against the approved P ID Co-ordinate with Production and Ware-house team for indenting and dispensing of raw materials for Batch execution if they are getting delayed Co-ordinate with Production and QA team for indenting and issuing of Batch Production Record if it is getting delayed Ensure the complete readiness of facility Raw material availability approved documents for Batch execution Ensure that team is verifying the readiness of equipment for subsequent operations Ensure the availability of required CFT team for Critical process operations handling Address the issues of process facilities and any delays in process operations against the standard BCT after discussion with CFT Co-ordinate with CFT team for Planned change deviation and supporting documents to move Batch process Update and compare the impurity profile and mass balance reports and provide the reports to PR D and Process Engineering teams in every shift Qualification MSc Chemistry Diploma Chemical B Tech Chemical with 8 to 12 years No of Reportees 3-6 Key Competencies Technical Functional Behavioral Excellent verbal and written communication persuasiveness inter-personal skills adaptability foresight understanding of business processes
